Built on three floors, this traditional house was at one time a tea house (which is where its name comes from).
Perfectly located on the famous Kelele Square the Beyt Al Chai, The Zanzibar Stone Town Inn allows you to experience the ambiance of the famous Stone Town, while uniquely allowing you to find the peace and tranquility of overlooking a beautiful grassy square filled with hibiscus and tamarind trees to the Indian Ocean beyond.
Only a few paces form the sea, the house is cool and breezy and the top floor bedrooms have a wonderful sea view. Experience the breathtaking sunsets of Stone Town from the comfort of your room! The Restaurant serves delicious food. It's located on the ground floor and has air conditioning.

A cancellation fee will be payable for all no-shows and reservations released within 40 days of the arrival of the client based on the following scale:
a) No Shows: 100% of the full booking value
b) Within 4 days: 100% of the full booking value
c) 5 to 8 days: 75% of the full booking value
d) 10 to 16 days: 50% of the full booking value
e) 17 to 40 days: 25% of the full booking value
