The Resort is located on the white sandy beach of Kizimkazi Dimbani, in the south of the island, 55 km from Stone town.

The paradise of the dolphins! The complex consists of 14 rooms facing the blue ocean (from the sea they are only 5m to 10m away) surrounded by the green of tropical gardens, swaying in the breezes.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with hot water, wardrobe, double or twin beds with mosquito nets, ceiling fans, kettle and a spacious veranda. Some rooms are big enough for extra beds, perfect for families. The rooms have all been individually designed to offer style, comfort and personality.

Late check out policy:
Late vacancy until 18:00 is charged at 50% of one night room rate, and beyond 18:00 is charged at one full night room rate.
Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee will be payable for all no-shows and reservations released within 40 days of the arrival of the client based on the following scale:

a) No Shows: 100% of the full booking value
b) Within 4 days: 100% of the full booking value
c) 5 to 8 days: 75% of the full booking value
d) 10 to 16 days: 50% of the full booking value
e) 17 to 40 days: 25% of the full booking value

Other disclosures:
A deposit of 50% is required in order to secure the booking.
